2025年12月17日至19日,第九届普适定位、室内导航与基于位置服务国际会议(UPINLBS-2025)将于香港中文大学(深圳)举办。
本次会议主题为 “服务AI的智能定位”,旨在推动普适定位领域的研究,并重点关注其在人工智能场景下的应用,为全球学术交流与技术创新提供高层次平台。
UPINLBS-2025将聚焦AI赋能的定位与导航系统、空间智能、人形机器人与具身智能等方向,围绕3D室内环境感知与重建、智能与协同定位导航体、5G/6G定位等领域的前沿问题展开深入探讨。

此前,UPINLBS会议已在芬兰、美国、澳大利亚等地成功举办八届,逐渐发展为全球定位导航与位置服务领域的重要国际学术会议之一,已吸引来自世界各地的高校科研机构研究人员、开发人员和企业代表广泛参与。
深圳作为一线创新型城市、粤港澳大湾区的核心引擎,正大力发展人工智能(AI)、智慧城市、智能制造等新兴产业,聚集了华为、大疆、腾讯等众多高科技龙头企业。近年来,深圳在智慧城市与智能交通建设方面取得了显著成效,其多样化的城市空间、复杂的交通系统与快速发展的科技产业,为定位导航与空间智能技术的研究与应用提供了丰富的试验场景。

The 9th IEEE International Conference on Ubiquitous Positioning, Indoor Navigation and Location-Based Services (UPINLBS 2025) will be held from December 17 to 19, 2025, at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.
The conference will focus on the theme “Positioning for AI”, aiming to advance research in ubiquitous positioning with special attention to AI applications. UPINLBS 2025 will provide a high-level platform for global academic exchange and technological innovation.
The conference will spotlight AI-empowered positioning and navigation systems, spatial intelligence, humanoid robots, and embodied intelligence, and will explore cutting-edge topics including 3D indoor environment sensing and reconstruction, smart and collaborative agents, and 5G/6G-based positioning.
Call for Papers
We warmly invite scholars, engineers, and industry professionals worldwide to submit contributions and participate in the event, sharing their latest research results and discussing future developments in intelligent positioning and navigation technologies. UPINLBS 2025 will present Best Paper Awards and multiple academic honors to encourage originality and high-impact research.

Since its inception, UPINLBS has been successfully held eight times in various countries, including Finland, the United States, Australia and China, and has grown into one of the leading international conferences worldwide in the field of positioning, navigation, and location-based services, attracting researchers, developers, and industry practitioners from around the world.
Shenzhen, a national innovation hub and a core engine of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, is vigorously advancing artificial intelligence, smart cities, and intelligent manufacturing. Home to leading technology enterprises such as Huawei, DJI, and Tencent, Shenzhen is a natural testbed for spatial intelligence technologies. The city’s diverse urban infrastructure, complex transportation systems, and dynamic technology ecosystem offer ideal scenarios for research in positioning, navigation, and spatial intelligence.
