The Fifteenth International Annual Conference of the Chinese Scholars Association for Management Science and Engineering will be held from July 29 to July 30, 2023, in Shenzhen, China. The conference is hosted by the Chinese Scholars Association for Management Science and Engineering and the School of Data Science of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. Professor Wei Zhang and Professor Fangruo Chen are Conference Chair; Professor Jiangang Dai is Conference Co-chair. CSAMSE is a highly recognized and rapidly growing community of scholars, from both overseas and mainland China, in the field of Management Science and Engineering (MSE), who are united by a common interest to promote the communication between academia and industry and to improve management theory and practice in China. Over the past 15 years, our annual conference has developed into a great meeting place to understand the latest business developments in China and to keep abreast of cutting-edge research ideas in Management Science and Engineering. With its fast development and unprecedented impact, Data Science has become a new driving force in the global economy. Meanwhile, in the past few years, the various changes in the world have also presented great challenges to the global supply chain. The theme of the CSAMSE 2023 conference is Data Science and Global Supply Chains, which is aimed to discuss the bigger role Data Science can play in the future economy, especially in establishing a more flexible, robust and efficient global supply chain, with the ultimate goal of propelling the next stage development of Chinese economy and the global economy at large. We cordially invite scholars in MSE and relative fields around the world to present their research at CSAMSE 2023. Papers that are in line with the conference theme are particularly welcome.
