Firstly, a representative from HKSTP briefly introduced the exciting opportunities in Hong Kong's innovation and technology industry, sharing the business operations and development prospects of the Hong Kong and Shenzhen parks, and emphasized the importance of talent recruitment and cultivation in the science parks. The event showcased entrepreneurs and employees currently working in the Hong Kong Science Park, who shared their enriching experiences of establishing businesses, seeking jobs, and exploring opportunities within the park. They highlighted the flexible working environment, high-quality facilities and services, convenient policies, and financial support as key reasons for choosing to establish themselves there. During the interactive Q&A session, students actively participated by discussing and addressing challenges related to working and living in Hong Kong and strategies to boost their competitiveness in the job market.

Following this, students were guided on a tour of the Shenzhen branch of Hong Kong Science Park. Staff introduced the development plans for both the Hong Kong and Shenzhen parks and showed the students some of the tech innovation companies within the park. The spacious and open office environment left a memorable impression on the students.

After lunch, the onsite job fair for companies from both the Hong Kong and Shenzhen parks began. Numerous well-known enterprises and research institutes from both regions offered internship and full-time job opportunities, covering industries such as finance, technology, pharmaceuticals, and retail. Notable participants included Deloitte China, Buyandship, and China Resources Research Institute of Science and Technology. Students seized this golden opportunity to connect with representatives of companies they were interested in, learning about diverse job opportunities and requirements in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
