Peers' Tea Talk Session - International Students Job-hunting

On May 6th, on the 9th session of Peers’ Tea Talk, SDS UG Career Team invited two international students to share their job-hunting experiences. Dharma gave an overall review of his job search process, including building a professional CV, building a motivation letter, how to prepare for an interview, personal tips and what to practice, how to use the job search platform and so on. At the end, Dharma also shared with the students his time management tips during undergraduate study, which benefited younger students a lot.
Yelike was in Indonesia, she made a wonderful sharing through Zoom. From personal experience to the use of resources, she shared her harvest during the job search process. She shared with the students what she had learned about resume making, job searching, interview process, and the resources available within the university, passing on many useful tips. At the end, she also shared how she compared her choices after receiving multiple employment offers.
