On April 26th, on the 7^th session of Peers’ Tea Talk, SDS UG Career Team invited Ms. Zhang and Ms. Yin to share their FinTech field industry experience. Ms. Zhang shared her internship experience, the transformation from theory to practice, and the importance of programming and quantitative investment. Ms. Yin also talked about her internship experience and business competition experience in detail. Both students also engaged in a friendly dialogue on resume crafting, interview etiquette, mindset readjustment and stress management. In addition, they put forward career planning suggestions, emphasizing the importance of a clear career path and swift adaptation to industry changes. The sharing offered students practical career planning strategies.
