Abstract
The coronavirus pandemic has caused a problem of many people losing their jobs and normal pace of life, resulting in some mental disorder situations. There is an urgent demand to pay attention to human health conditions after the pandemic crisis. In this talk, we present new IoT sensing and AI technologies in solve the healthcare problems in a pandemic environment. A novel scheme for mental disorder discovery and recovery and techniques for pandemic prevention and control are presented. This talk assesses various IoT sensing, machine learning and AI issues for building a 5G-IoT based smart cloud healthcare ecosystem.
