Dr. Baoyuan Wu is a Tenured Associate Professor of School of Data Science, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen), and serve as the Assistant Dean (Research) of School of Data Science. On June 2014, he received the PhD degree of Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System, from the National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From November 2016 to August 2020, he was a Senior and Principal Researcher at Tencent AI Lab. His research interests are AI security and privacy, machine learning, computer vision and optimization. He has published 90+ top-tier conference and journal papers, including TPAMI, IJCV, NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICLR, AAAI, and one paper was selected as the Best Paper Finalist of CVPR 2019. He is currently serving as an Associate Editor of IEEE TIFS and Neurocomputing, Organizing Chair of PRCV 2022, Area Chair of CVPR 2024/2025、NeurIPS 2022/2023/2024、NeurIPS Datasets and Benchmarks Track 2023/2024、ICLR 2022/2023/2024、ICML 2023/2024/2025、AAAI 2022/2024/2025. He was selected into the world's top 2% scientist list of 2021~2023, released by Stanford University. He was awarded the “2023 Young Researcher Award” of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.
