Zhenxing Guo is currently an Assistant Professor in The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. She received her B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the Hunan University in 2014, and her M.S. in Operational Research from the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science at Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2017. Then, Professor Guo obtained her Ph.D. in Biostatistics from Emory University in July 2022.
Professor Guo’s research interests focus on the development of statistically principled and computationally efficient method and tools for the analysis of biomedical data, in particular, omics data. In addition to methodology research, she is also interested in collaboration projects with clinician and biologist, and her collaboration project involves the study of asthma, cancer, and Alzheimer’s disease.
