个人简介

周觉晓教授是数据科学学院的助理教授。他于2020年获得南方科技大学(SUSTech)生物信息学学士学位,并于2025年获得阿卜杜拉国王科技大学(KAUST)计算机科学博士学位。他的研究位于计算机科学与生物医学的交叉领域,主要聚焦于智慧医疗和生物信息学。他专注于开发尖端的人工智能算法,用于医疗领域的疾病检测、风险评估和预测建模等应用。同时,他也致力于开发生物信息学的新方法,包括基因调控网络、功能与结构预测以及系统生物学。此外,他的研究还关注于解决深度学习,隐私与安全,以及在医学领域中的通用人工智能(AGI)面临的重要挑战。他在Science Advances,Nature Machine Intelligence,Nature Communications,Trends in Genetics,The Lancet,Genome Research,Bioinformatics,MICCAI等领域内重要期刊和会议上发表学术论文30余篇。相关研究成果多次被主流媒体报导,如阿拉伯新闻(Arab News),香港电台(RTHK),Inside Precision Medicine等。目前分别为CAAI/APBioNET/GBD成员,担任Nature, Nature Communications, Medical Image Analysis, Computers in Biology and Medicine, Computational Biology and Chemistry, Computerized Medical Imaging and Graphics, Genome Biology,Genome Research,IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering等多种SCI期刊审稿人以及NeurIPS,IJCAI-ECAI,ICONIP,MICCAI,SIGKDD等多种国际会议审稿人。
