Moshe Haviv教授将于2020年7月加入香港中文大学（深圳）数据科学学院任教授一职。在此之前，他是耶路撒冷希伯来大学统计系教授。Moshe Haviv教授以最优等成绩从以色列特拉维夫大学获得数学学士学位，并在耶鲁大学获硕士及博士学位。

Moshe Haviv教授是Federmann Center for the Study of Rationality成员，曾担任耶路撒冷希伯来大学统计系主任（2008-2012），以色列运筹研究学会主席（2012-2014），以及耶路撒冷希伯来大学养老基金理事会主席（2014-2017）。他目前的研究方向是运筹学、排队模型、决策和队列中的战略行为、马尔可夫决策过程、大型马尔可夫链。
