鲁家琦教授现为香港中文大学（深圳）助理教授。鲁教授于2013年获清华大学工业工程及英语双学士学位。之后，她前往哥伦比亚大学深造，并于2015年获得哥伦比亚大学管理科学与工程硕士学位；于2021年获得决策风险及运营博士学位。她的研究使用随机建模，优化理论，统计物理学以及计算机科学中的工具来解决企业和社会中的复杂运营问题。具体方向包括匹配市场的分析、优化和设计，供应链管理以及客户关系管理。
