张海伦教授现为香港中文大学（深圳）数据科学学院助理教授。在此之前，他是香港科技大学工业工程与决策分析系的一位博士后，他也于2018年7月在港科大获得了博士学位。他的研究兴趣包括数据驱动的排队网络，在线算法设计与应用。在就读港科大之前，他在北京大学数学系获得了他的学士及硕士学位。
